Adku Acquired By Groupon

San Francisco-based stealth startup firm Adku has been acquired by daily deals site Groupon, the company said Monday, in a deal rumored to be worth around $10M. Adku was working on e-commerce and shopping technology. Adku had been backed by Greylock Partners, Battery Ventures, True Ventures, and AngelPad.
