Thoma Bravo Acquires Network Instruments
San Francisco-based private equity firm Thoma Bravo is buying a controlling interest in Minneapolis-based Network Instruments, a developer of network and application management software and hardware. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Network Instruments said it agreed to sell a controlling interest to Thoma Bravo, which will be used as investment capital and strategic support. Network Instruments was founded in 1994.
