Tealeaf Technology Acquired By IBM
San Francisco-based Tealeaf Technology, which develops customer experience analytics software, has been acquired by IBM, IBM said Wednesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Tealeaf's analytics software is used by such companies as Dell, Wells Fargo, Air Canada, GEICO, Orbitz, Crate & Barrel, Neiman Marcus, Expedia, Zappos, ING Direct, Best Buy, DirecTV, McKesson and StubHub. Tealeaf was headed by Rebecca Ward.
