SonicWall Goes To Dell

San Jose-based SonicWall, the developer of network security, remote access, email security, and backup and recovery tools, is now officially part of computer maker Dell, Dell announced this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed by the companies. Dell said it would buy SonicWALL in March. SonicWall was most recently owned by private equity firm Thoma Bravo.
