Quixey Gets $21.2M For App Search Engine

Palo Alto-based Quixey, which develops an app search engine which helps users find apps for various mobile devices, desktop environment, and other platforms, has raised $21.2M in a Series B funding round, according to investor WI Harper Group. WI Harper said that the new round brings Quixey's total raised to $24.2M. Quixey's Series B round was led by Atlantic Bridge Partners, and included SK Planet, TransLink Capital, WI Harper, US Venture Partners, and Innovation Endeavors, the investment firm of ERic SChmidt.
