TraxPay Gets $4M

Mountain View-based Traxpay announced this morning that it has raised $4M in a funding round , which was led by Earlybird Venture Capital. Traxpay is providing business-to-business (B2B) payment services, aimed at helping companies send and receive payments to suppliers. The funding goes toward expansion with customers in Europe, as well as a planned expansion into the United States. Traxpay said it has named John Bruggeman as CEO of the firm as part of the funding; Bruggeman has served at Cadence, Wind River, Mercury Interactive and Netscape. More information »
