Twitch Scores $15M For Videogame Content

San Francisco-based Twitch, which operates an online site focused on videos for gamers, has raised $15M in a Series B funding, the company said today. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, and also included Alsop Louie Partners and Draper Associates. The firm said the funding will go to grow its engineering department. Twitch lets video game enthusiasts broadcast, watch, and chat about their favorite games. The company is led by Emmett Shear. More information »
