Helpshift Puts $3.2M Towards Mobile Customer Support Tools
San Francisco-based Helpshift, a new startup focused on mobile customer support, has raised $3.2M in a funding round, the company said this morning. The firm said its seed financing round was led by True Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners. Helpshift is headed by Abinash Tripathy, helps companies provide better customer support on mobile devices.
