Pearl Therapeutics Gains $65M

Redwood City-based Pearl Therapeutics said today that it has raised $65M in a Series D funding round. The round came from its existing investors, which include 5AM Ventures, Clarus Ventures, New Leaf Venture Partners, and Vatera Healthcare Partners. The firm said the funding will go towards Phase 3 trials of its lead product, which is being aimed at treating respiratory disorders. More information »
