Urban Remedy Gets $1M for Healthy Food, Snacks
Mill Valley-based Urban Remedy, which provides healthy juices, meal replacements, and gluten-free snacks, has raised $1M in a funding from technology incubator Science Inc. and angels. The company, headed by neka Pasquale, delivers "cleansing" juices, meal replacements, and snacks to user's homes, offices, and other locations.
