Coupa Software Acquires Xpenser

San Francisco-based Coupa Software, which develops spending management software for corporations, said Wednesday that it has acquired Xpenser, a developer of cloud-based, expense management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Xpenser was based in San Diego, California, and was founded in 2008.
