Wanderful Adds $9M For Shopping Discovery

Los Gatos-based Wanderful Media, which provides local shopping discovery tools for retailers, said it has raised 49M more in funding. The firm said the funding came from its existing investors, which include Advance Digital, A. H. Belo Corporation, Community Newspaper Holdings Inc., Cox Media Group, The E. W. Scripps Company, Gannett Co. Inc., GateHouse Media Inc., Hearst Corporation, Lee Enterprises, MediaNews Group, The McClatchy Company, and The Washington Post Co. The firm said the new funding brings its total funding to $36M. Wanderful's software is "Find&Save" whic hhelps local shoppers find products and sales at local stores. More information »
