GridGain Looks Up $10M
Foster City-based GridGain Systems, which develops in-memory computing technology for accelerating enterprise apps, has raised $10m in a funding round, the company said today. The funding was led by Almaz Capital, and also included RTP Ventures, which is an arm of Russian Internet and technology investor ru-Net Holdings. GridGain Systems develops technology which helps web and other applications run in-memory, a technique which dramatically accelerates everything from high performance computing, database, and other software. GridGain is led by Nikita Ivanov. More information »
