ZoomSystems Buys Vigix

San Francisco-based ZoomSystems, a developer of automated retail kiosks, has acquired Vigix, a developer of retail kiosk vending systems. Vigix was based in Boston. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. ZoomSystems powers the automated, retail electronics kiosks from Macy's, Best Buy, Apple, Proactiv, Tracfone, an dothers, which allows users to buy electronics items from a vending machine.
