Blinkx Buys Grab Media

San Francisco-based Blinkx has acquired Grab Media, an online video content syndication and advertising firm. FInancial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Grab Media was based in Dulles, Virginia. Blinkx said the deal was an all-cash transaction, and that it plans to hire Grab Media's existing team.
