Pivotal Buys Xtreme Labs

San Francisco-based Pivotal said yesterday that it has acquired Xtreme Labs, a developer of mobile software development tools. Financial terms of the all-cash deal were not announced. Pivotal is a provider of application software, agile development services, and other consulting services. Xtreme Labs was based in Toronto.
