Oracle Acquires Compendium

Redwood Shores-based Oracle said this morning that it has acquired Compendium, a provider of cloud-based content marketing services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Oracle said Compendium helps marketers plan, produce, and deliver content. Compendium becomes part of Oracle's Eloqua unit.
