NetSuite Buys TribeHR

San Mateo-based NetSuite said yesterday that it has acquired TribeHR, a developer of human resources management software for the small and midsized business market. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. TribeHR was founded in 2009, and is based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. TribeHR's software handles such things as employee administration, compensation tracking, company directories, employee reviews, recruiting, goal management, and much more.
