Gainspeed Gets Backing From Juniper Networks

Sunnyvale-based Gainspeed, which develops IP-based, broadband communications products aimed at the cable market, has scored new funding from Juniper Networks. Details on the Series B funding have not been announced. Gainspeed previously raised $23M in funding from New Enterprise Associates, Andreessen Horowitz, and Shasta Ventures back in September of 2012. Gainspeed is led by Drew Perkins, the former co-founder and CTO of Infinera Corporation. More information »
