LitePoint Acquires ZTEC

Sunnyvale-based LitePoint, which develops wireless testing equipment, said this morning that it has acquired ZTEC Instruments, a manufacturer of modular wireless testing products. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. ZTEC was base din Albuquerque, New Mexico, and also has offices in Orlando, Florida. The acquisition expands LitePoint to the design verification testing (DVT) area.
