SignalDemand Acquired For $13.5M

San Francisco-based SignalDemand, a developer of pricing software for the agri-business, food, chemicals, mill products and wholesale distribution, has been acquired for $13.5M in cash. SignalDemand was acquired by PROS, a developer of big data software based in Houston, Texas. SignalDemand had been venture backed by Catamount Ventures, General Catalyst Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, and Interwest Partners, and had raised $37M in venture funding.
