Stretch Acquired By Exar

Sunnyvale-based Stretch, a startup developing software configurable processors for the video surveillance market, has been acquired by Exar, the companies said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Stretch was venture backed by Worldview Technology Partners, Oak Investment Partners and Menlo Ventures, and had raised more than $73.0M in funding.
