CloudPassage Snags $25.5M

San Francisco-based security software developer CloudPassage said Thursday that it has raised $25.5M in a Series C funding. The funding was led by Shasta Ventures, and also included Meritech Capital Partners and Stephen Luczo, CEO of Seagate. Prior investors Tenaya Capital, Benchmark Capital and Musea Ventures also participated. CloudPassage is developing security software aimed at securing cloud environments.
