Aerohive Files For IPO

Sunnyvale-based Aerohive Networks has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing with the SEC that it is looking to raise up to $75.0M on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol HIVE. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Piper Jaffray, William Blair, and JMP Securities. Aerohive is backed by Northern Light Venture Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, New Enterprise Associates, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and DAG Ventures, among others. Aerohive deveops mobile device management tools.
