Embrane Adds $14M For Software Defined Networking

Santa Clara-based Embrane, a developer of software defined networking (SDN) products, said Tuesday that it has raised $14M in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Cisco, and also included Presidio Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and North Bridge Venture Partners. Embrane is led by Dante Malagrino. The company says it has so far raised $41M in venture funding. More information »
