Airbnb Closes $475M Funding Deal

San Francisco-based Airbnb, the operator of the peer-to-peer, room rental marketplace, has closed on a $475M funding round led by TPG Capital, according to the WSJ. The investment values Airbnb at around $10 billion. The round also included Dragoneer Investment Group, T. Rowe Price, Sequoia Capital, and others. More information »
