Zinio Buys Audience Media

San Francisco-based >Zinio, which develops digital publishing services that help publishers get their magazines and other properties onto tablets and mobile devices, said this week that it has acquired Audience Media. Audience Media was a developer of mobile apps. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Zinio said the buy will expand its footprint in digital publishing services.
