Doctors On Demand Picks Up $21M
San Francisco-based Doctors On Demand, which operates an online service which gives patients access to doctors via their computer, smartphone, or tablet for $40 per visit, has raised $21M in a Series A funding. The funding came from Venrock as wellas Shasta Ventures and Sir Richard Branson. Bryan Roberts of Venrock joins the company's board. Doctors On Demand is led by Adam Jackson. More information »
