Medallia Finds $50M

Palo Alto-based software developer Medallia, which develops customer experience management software-as-a-service, said today that it has raised $50M in a funding round. The funding came from Sequoia Capital. Medallia is led by Borge Hald. The company says it now has more than 500 brands using its product, and that it has tripled revenues and workforce in the last two and a half years. The company has now raised a total of $105M.
