Dermira Pulls Up $51M

Redwood City-base dDermira, a biopharmaceuticals firm focused on medical dermatology, said this week that it has raised $51M in a Series C funding round. The funding came from Bay City Capital, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Canaan, and UCB S.A., Apple Tree Partners, Aisling Capital, Rock Springs Capital, Sabby Capital and others.
