Dynamic Signal Raises $12M, Buys PaperShare

San Bruno-based Dynamic Signal, a developer of social media advocate management software, said this week that it has raised $12M in a funding round, and acquired PaperShare, a developer of content marketing software. The Series C round was led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, and also included prior investors Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises.
