Cloudscaling Acquired By EMC

San Francisco-based Cloudscaling, which develops a OpenStack cloud software distribution, is in the midst of being acquired by EMC, according to unconfirmed reports. The deal is reportedly worth less than $50M. Cloudscaling is venture backed by Trinity Ventures, Juniper Networks, and Seagate, and last raised a round of funding in May of 2013.
