S2C Raises $4.6M

San Jose-based S2C, a developer of rapid SoC and ASIC prototyping systems, said today that it hs raised $4.6M in a Series C funding round. The round came from GVT Fund and Industrial Technology Investment Corp (ITIC). The company's systems are used to prototype Xilinx and Altera FPGA designs, handling verification, design creation, and other efforts and minimizing issues with complex hardware and software.
