Ensighten Buys Anametrix

San Jose-based Ensighten said Wednesday that it has acquired Anametrix, a developer of marketing analytics software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ensighten said it will use the buy to bolster its open marketing platform. Anametrix was based in San Diego, California, and was venture backed by TVC Capital.
