New Relic Sets IPO Range

San Francisco-based New Relic, a developer of analytics software aimed at enterprise and web application developers, said in a filing today that it now anticipates its IPO at between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. The company is selling 5,000,000 shares of its common stock, and has applied to list on the NYSE as NEWR. New Relic is backed by Benchmark Capital, Insight Venture partners, Tenaya Capital, and Trinity Ventures.
