UserTesting Raises $45.5M
Mountain View-based UserTestting, a provider of video-based user testing services, said today that it has raised $45.5M in a Series C funding round. The funding was led by Accel Partners, and also included OpenView Venture Partners. UserTesting provides videos of people interacting with website and apps, and says its customers include such clients as Google, Facebook, The Home Depot, Verizon Wireless and Amazon. The company said it will use the funds to expand beyond its current app and website testing services into other user experiences. Kobie Fuller of Accel joins the company's board as part of the funding; the company is led by Darrell Benatar. More information »
