Shasta Ventures Promotes Flynn

Menlo Park-based venture investor Shasta Ventures said this morning that it has promoted Sean Flynn to Managing Director at the firm. Flynn has been at Shasta since 2008, and became partner in 2012. Flynn is on the boards of Bloc, Swipely, TigerText, Timehop and ZEFR, and also was involved with Dollar Shave Club and Simple. Shasta is currently working on its $300M Shasta IV fund. Shasta said that Flynn will continue to focus on early-stage investments on mobile-enabled consumer Internet and enterprise software startups.
