DocuSign Buys Algorithmic Research

San Francisco-based DocuSign said this week that it has acquired Algorithmic Research, Ltd. (ARX), a developer of electronic signature technology. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. DocuSign said that ARX has more than 2,000 customers of its products, including a significant number of customers in the government and public sector. ARX's signature software integrates with Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Nintex, K2, OpenText, Oracle, Alfresco and others. ARX's US headquarters are also in San Francisco.
