Vector Capital Buys Triton Digital

San Francisco-based private equity investor Vector Capital said today that it has acquired Triton Digital, a provider of software to the digital audio market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Triton Digital's software as a service is used by online digital audio streaming radio stations and other streaming audio services, and was founded in 2006.
