Feedzai Gobbles Up $17.5M For Fraud Prevention Tools

San Mateo-based Feedzai, a developer of fraud prevention tools and software, said today that it has raised $17.5M in a Series B financing round. The funding was led by Oak HC/FT, and also included Sapphire Ventures and Espirito Santo Ventures. The company says it will use the funding to expand its sales and engineering team. Feedzai says it uses machine learning and big data techniques for its fraud detection and prevention software. The company is led by Nuno Sebastiao. More information »
