C9 Acquired By InsideSales.com

San Mateo-based C9, a developer of predictive sales forecasting software, has been acquired by InsideSales.com, a developer of sales pipeline management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. C9 was venture backed by InterWest, Leapfrong Ventures, and Mayfield. C9 was led by Michael Howard.
