Ooma Sets IPO Pricing Range

Palo Alto-based Ooma, the cloud communications service provider led by Eric Stang, set its IPO pricing range on Tuesday, saying that it now expects its IPO to price at between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. The company has applied to list on the NYSE as OOMA. Ooma is vnture backed by Wordview Technology Partners, WI Harper, and others. Worldview owns more than 56 percent of Ooma before the IPO.
