Riffsy Rounds Up $10M For Animated GIF App
San Francisco-based Riffsy, which develops an app which lets users share and send animated GIFs, said Monday that it has raised $10M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by Menlo Ventures, and also included Cowboy Ventures, Signia Venture Partners, and Redpoint Ventures. Riffsy is led by David McIntosh. The company app, GIF Keyboard, lets users search for and share animated GIFs. The company tags and categorizes those moving images to help users find them better. The company had raised $3.5M in a seed funding back in November of 2014. More information »
