Pure Storage Files For $300M IPO
Mountain View-based Pure Storage, which develops flash-based, storage arrays, has filed for a $300M IPO. The company said it has filed to trade under the symmbol PSTG. The company has not yet selected an exchange. Pure Storage's IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays, Allen & Company LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Pacific Crest Securities, Stifel, Raymond James, and Evercore ISI. Pure Storage is venture backed by Greylock, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Redpoint Ventures.
