Trident Capital Cybersecurity Names New Managing Director

Palo Alto-based Trident Capital Cybersecurity (TCC), the cybersecurity investment spinout of Trident Capital, said today that it has named Sean Cunningham as its new Managing Director. Cunningham was most recently at Intel Capital, having been Director of Strategic Investments. Trident said that Cunningham had been at Intel Capital since 2000, and before, was at Intel, where he had joined in 1994. Cunningham has overseen or been involved in investments in such companies as Agiliance, AlienVault, Bromium, Hytrust, SS8 Networks, Prelert as well as Mocana and Skyport, among many others.
