Swrve Snags $30M

San Francisco-based mobile marketing software developer Swrve has raised $30M in a funding round, and acquired Adaptive.io, the company said this morning. The funding, a Series C, was led by Evolution Media Partners (EMP), the fund run by CAA's Evolution Media Capital, TPG Growth, and Participant Media, along with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), Acero Capital, and Atlantic Bridge. Marco DeMiroz of Evolution Media Partners has joined the company's board with the funding.
