Lively Acquired By GreatCall

San Francisco-based Lively, a developer of platforms to help monitor the safety of older family members, has been acquired by GreatCall, the companies said last week. Financial terms of the asset acquisition were not announced. Lively was founded in 2012, and had been led by Iggy Fanlo. The company offers up waterproof devices featuring a help button which also included medication reminders, step counting, activity sharing, and other monitoring features to help families keep better tabs on aging family members.
