Proper Marketplace Financed Loan To San Bernardino Terrorists

In what may spawn a crisis for San Francisco-based online crowdsourcing lender Prosper Marketplace--and the crowdfunding industry--it was revealed that the terrorists in San Bernardino financed their terror attack via a crowdsourced loan on the site. Law enforcement sources have said that the shooters borrowed $28,500 from the crowdfunding site, right before their killing spree last week.
