DataHero Acquired By Cloudability

San Francisco-based DataHero, a startup developing cloud cost management software, has been acquired by fellow cloud software developer Cloudability, the two said this morning. The companies did not announced any financial details behind the acquisition. Cloudability is based in Portland. Both companies are backed by Foundry Group, and Cloudability's investors also include 500 Startups, Trinity Ventures, Walden International, and Wieden + Kennedy.
