Fiverun Acquired By Vista Equity Partners

San Francisco-based Fiverun, a developer of mobile, e-commerce software, has been acquired by private equity investor Vista Equity Partners. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Vista Equity said it would combine FiveRun with two other companies it recently acquired in the e-commerce area, MarketLive and Shopatron. Vista Equity is based in Austin, Texas.
